    ・Green Fee・Cart Fee (1 cart per 2 person) → When making a booking for 3 people, 1 person must use 1 cart per person, and an additional single cart fee must be paid on site.・Caddie Fee (1 caddie per 1 person) → Vietnamese golf courses typically use one caddie per person, but during peak season (December~March) or during tournament and event periods, two people may be assigned to one caddie. No refunds will be given.

    ・Caddie Tip → In Vietnamese golf courses, there is a caddie tip separately from caddie fee. The standard tip is $15-$20 per player and should be given in cash to the caddie.

    ※ If the round is cancelled due to customer`s personal circumstances, refunds or postponements are not possible.
    ※ In the case of golf courses in Southeast Asia, tee times and tee-offs may be adjusted or started early or late depending on local circumstances during the peak season (December to February), and refunds or cancellations are not possible.

    ※ If there is no available tee time, the tee time for that day is closed, but if you contact us through 1:1 chat, we will check for available tee times for additional reservations.
    ※ This golf course can only be booked for groups of 3 or more on weekends and holidays
    ※ If the booking is for fewer than four players, exclusive play is not guaranteed. You may be paired with other players on-site.
    ※ If you use a single cart, an additional cart fee will be charged on golf course.
    ※ Nighttime (after 15:00) rounds may not proceed if the minimum number of teams is not met.
    ※ Due to the golf course operation policy and local circumstances, tee time may be delayed without prior notice, and refunds and cancellations are not possible.
    ※ According to local government policies, the reserved date may be designated as a public holiday (temporary or national). In such cases, even after the reservation is confirmed, the original rate may not apply, and you may need to make an additional payment at the increased rate.
    ※ Notice of Aeration Work (Aug 18–28): During and after this period, course conditions may deteriorate, and play may not proceed smoothly. The schedule may change without prior notice.

    Golf courses (ex, in Southeast Asia) typically proceed with rounds even in rainy conditions. In most cases, players temporarily take shelter from sudden downpours and then resume play. Therefore, unlike in Korea, cancellations or green fee refunds due to rain are not allowed. Please ensure you check in and follow the specific policies of each golf course (ex, rain coupons, etc).

    • Can I change the number of golfers for rounds or the reservation name after booking?

      If you want to change the number of people after you have already received your booking confirmation, please check the cancellation policy under [View Reservation Details] first. If free cancellation is still possible, you can request a cancellation/refund and then make a new booking with the desired number of people afterwards. However, since this is a separate cancellation and rebooking process, please keep in mind that it is not guaranteed that you receive the same tee times again.
