    ※ You must arrive at the clubhouse 30 minutes before the start time of your golf round.
    ※ If the round is cancelled due to customer`s personal circumstances, refunds or postponements are not possible.
    ※ In the case of golf courses in Southeast Asia, tee times and tee-offs may be adjusted or started early or late depending on local circumstances during the peak season (December to February), and refunds or cancellations are not possible.

    ※ Reservations are only available for teams of four.
    ※ This is a special discount package, so cancellations and refunds are subject to limited policies. Please check the cancellation and refund policy below.
    ※ In case of adverse weather conditions, cancellations or refunds will be processed according to the golf course regulations on the day of play (advance cancellations based on weather forecasts are not allowed.) If a per-hole settlement is required due to severe weather, payment will be settled on-site according to the golf course’s standard rates and policies. Customers who have pre-paid through AGL Co., Ltd. and opt for per-hole settlement must make the payment on-site using their card or other available methods. AGL Co. Ltd. will verify the per-hole settlement details and process a refund for the pre-paid amount within seven days of the occurrence.
    ※ If the reservation holder or any accompanying guests are foreigners (passport nationality), please inform us of their full name and nationality via Naver TalkTalk or KakaoTalk. Additional fees may apply depending on nationality and must be paid on-site. Failure to confirm foreign guest details may result in difficulties with the round.
    ※ Each reservation holder is limited to one tee time per day, and duplicate bookings under the same name will be canceled. For reservations of more than two teams, please contact us in advance via Naver TalkTalk or KakaoTalk.

    Golf courses (ex, in Southeast Asia) typically proceed with rounds even in rainy conditions. In most cases, players temporarily take shelter from sudden downpours and then resume play. Therefore, unlike in Korea, cancellations or green fee refunds due to rain are not allowed. Please ensure you check in and follow the specific policies of each golf course (ex, rain coupons, etc).

    • Can I change the number of golfers for rounds or the reservation name after booking?

      If you want to change the number of people after you have already received your booking confirmation, please check the cancellation policy under [View Reservation Details] first. If free cancellation is still possible, you can request a cancellation/refund and then make a new booking with the desired number of people afterwards. However, since this is a separate cancellation and rebooking process, please keep in mind that it is not guaranteed that you receive the same tee times again.
