    This product cannot be canceled once the reservation is confirmed, in accordance with the golf course＇s operating policy. Please be cautious when making reservations and payments.

    If the tee time changes due to the golf course or supplier＇s circumstances, a full refund is possible.

    Business hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00 (UTC+9) / Closed on weekends and public holidays.

    ※ If the round is cancelled due to customer`s personal circumstances, refunds or postponements are not possible.
    ※ In the case of golf courses in Southeast Asia, tee times and tee-offs may be adjusted or started early or late depending on local circumstances during the peak season (December to February), and refunds or cancellations are not possible.

Check-in is only possible with the local voucher sent by email 3-7 days prior to the round date. Please note that if you do not present the voucher at check-in, you will need to repay the green fee on-site.
    ※ · If there are no available tee times for your chosen date, please contact us through 1:1 chat consultation. We will check for additional tee times that may be available and provide further assistance.
    ※ · When playing as a twosome, you may be paired with another team, and we cannot guarantee exclusive play for twosomes.
    ※ · Please note that tee time reservations may be subject to changes in schedule without prior notice due to golf course policies and local circumstances. Refunds and cancellations due to these changes are not possible.

    Golf courses (ex, in Southeast Asia) typically proceed with rounds even in rainy conditions. In most cases, players temporarily take shelter from sudden downpours and then resume play. Therefore, unlike in Korea, cancellations or green fee refunds due to rain are not allowed. Please ensure you check in and follow the specific policies of each golf course (ex, rain coupons, etc).

    • Can I change the number of golfers for rounds or the reservation name after booking?

      If you want to change the number of people after you have already received your booking confirmation, please check the cancellation policy under [View Reservation Details] first. If free cancellation is still possible, you can request a cancellation/refund and then make a new booking with the desired number of people afterwards. However, since this is a separate cancellation and rebooking process, please keep in mind that it is not guaranteed that you receive the same tee times again.
