    Product Introduction
    The construction of the Splendido Tal Golf Club began in 1996 and was completed in 2000, four years later. It includes four tee sets: the Gold tees for tour pros, the Blue tees for regular men, the White tees for seniors, and the Red tees for women. For the technically inclined, Splendido＇s yardages are as follows: Gold tees are 6,997, Blue tees are 6,654, White tees are 6,000, and Red tees are 5,530.

    ※ Please write your English name on the golf bag name tag before departure.
    ※ The golf course may change depending on local circumstances on the day of use.
    ※ Depending on the golf course operation policy and local circumstances, it may be delayed from the purchased time.
    ※ You must arrive at the clubhouse 30 minutes before the start time of your golf round.
    ※ If the round is cancelled due to customer`s personal circumstances, refunds or postponements are not possible.
    ※ In the case of golf courses in Southeast Asia, tee times and tee-offs may be adjusted or started early or late depending on local circumstances during the peak season (December to February), and refunds or cancellations are not possible.

    ※ This golf course does not allow check-in with the Tiger Booking (AGL) voucher sent at the time of initial booking. Check-in is only possible with the local voucher sent by email 3-7 days prior to the round date. Please note that if you do not present the voucher at check-in, you will need to repay the green fee on-site.
    ※ · If there are no available tee times for your chosen date, please contact us through 1:1 chat consultation. We will check for additional tee times that may be available and provide further assistance.
    ※ · When playing as a twosome, you may be paired with another team, and we cannot guarantee exclusive play for twosomes.
    ※ · Please note that tee time reservations may be subject to changes in schedule without prior notice due to golf course policies and local circumstances. Refunds and cancellations due to these changes are not possible.
    ※ Reservations may not be available for individuals who are not of Korean nationality.

    Golf courses (ex, in Southeast Asia) typically proceed with rounds even in rainy conditions. In most cases, players temporarily take shelter from sudden downpours and then resume play. Therefore, unlike in Korea, cancellations or green fee refunds due to rain are not allowed. Please ensure you check in and follow the specific policies of each golf course (ex, rain coupons, etc).

    • How can I check available tee times for reservation?

      If you select your desired tee time among the tee times displayed on product reservation page, your reservation will be confirmed as the actual tee time.

    • Can I change the number of golfers for rounds or the reservation name after booking?

      If you want to change the number of people after you have already received your booking confirmation, please check the cancellation policy under [View Reservation Details] first. If free cancellation is still possible, you can request a cancellation/refund and then make a new booking with the desired number of people afterwards. However, since this is a separate cancellation and rebooking process, please keep in mind that it is not guaranteed that you receive the same tee times again.
