    · Free cancellation available until D-11

    · D-10: 50% of the payment amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.

    · After D-3, 100% of the payment amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.


    If the reservation is canceled due to the circumstances of the local supplier, we will notify you and process a full refund.

    The cancellation and refund policies provided in the product will take precedence.

    ※ You must arrive at the clubhouse 30 minutes before the start time of your golf round.
    ※ If the round is cancelled due to customer`s personal circumstances, refunds or postponements are not possible.
    ※ In the case of golf courses in Southeast Asia, tee times and tee-offs may be adjusted or started early or late depending on local circumstances during the peak season (December to February), and refunds or cancellations are not possible.

    ※ If there is no available tee time, the tee time for that day is closed, but if you contact us through 1:1 chat, we will check for available tee times for additional reservations.
    ※ This product includes the accommodation(Sunrise Lagoon Golf Hotel) fee.
    ※ This product is a package that includes accommodation, and the final reservation availability will be confirmed after checking with the golf course.
    ※ Hotel check-in will be on the selected date, and the round will be played on the selected tee time the following day.
    ※ When making a reservation for 3 people, a single charge will be charged (2 rooms will be used when making a reservation for 3 people).
    ※ This product requires the use of the pick-up service, pay the fee (refer to the section not included) in cash to the guide at airport
    ※ When making a reservation, please enter flight information (inbound/outbound flight information) and arrival/departure time at the airport (fill in the request box). The guide picks you up with a picket according to the arrival time at the local airport. (Meeting place: inside exit 3 of the airport)
    ※ Depending on local circumstances, it can be replaced with either Sunrise Lagoon cc or Sky Valley cc.
    ※ Due to the golf course operation policy and local circumstances, tee time may be delayed without prior notice, and refunds and cancellations are not possible.

    아이콘Notice Regarding Rain and Natural Disasters

    Golf courses (ex, in Southeast Asia) typically proceed with rounds even in rainy conditions. In most cases, players temporarily take shelter from sudden downpours and then resume play. Therefore, unlike in Korea, cancellations or green fee refunds due to rain are not allowed. Please ensure you check in and follow the specific policies of each golf course (ex, rain coupons, etc).

    • Can I change the number of golfers for rounds or the reservation name after booking?

      If you want to change the number of people after you have already received your booking confirmation, please check the cancellation policy under [View Reservation Details] first. If free cancellation is still possible, you can request a cancellation/refund and then make a new booking with the desired number of people afterwards. However, since this is a separate cancellation and rebooking process, please keep in mind that it is not guaranteed that you receive the same tee times again.
