    Weekday 36 Holes/ Weekends 18 Holes Green Fee, Accomodation (2 people per 1 room), Meal for the entire schedule

    · Green Fee (weekdays : 36 hole, Weekend : 18 hole) → Depending on the operating hours of the golf course, it may be difficult to play up to 36 holes if the tee-up time is late. There are no refunds or cancellations for unplayed parts. · Accommodationa (1 room for 2 person) → Sappaya Hotel by Lotus valley, Deluxe room (twin bed / Double bed) → When making a reservation for 3 people, a single charge will be added & paid on hotel. → Hotel to Golf course by cart (2 minutes) · Dining (Clubhouse 2nd floor, excluding dinner on the first day) → Breakfast : buffet → Lunch and dinner are available within the limit of the coupons provided by order (300 THB per person, including VAT, NOT including drinks and alcoholic beverages) → The amount exceeding the limit must be paid on site. → Order meals may be served as a buffet depending on the number of people making reservations for local meals.

    · D-24: 30% of the payment amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.

    · D-12: 70% of the payment amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.

    · After D-5, 100% of the payment amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.


    If the reservation is canceled due to the circumstances of the local supplier, we will notify you and process a full refund.

    The cancellation and refund policies provided in the product will take precedence.

    ※ You must arrive at the clubhouse 30 minutes before the start time of your golf round.
    ※ If the round is cancelled due to customer`s personal circumstances, refunds or postponements are not possible.
    ※ In the case of golf courses in Southeast Asia, tee times and tee-offs may be adjusted or started early or late depending on local circumstances during the peak season (December to February), and refunds or cancellations are not possible.

    ※ This golf course can only be booked for groups of 3 or more on weekends and holidays
    ※ Due to the golf course operation policy and local circumstances, it may be earlier or later than the reserved tee time without prior notice, and refunds and cancellations are not possible due to this.
    ※ Instructions for using the pick-up service → When using the pick-up service, it is mandatory to indicate the flight number and arrival time. Please be sure to enter your flight information as the local staff will be waiting at the airport holding a sign in time for your arrival (meeting location: Gate 4, Exit B). → If the flight has not been confirmed, first, enter a random schedule before making a reservation, and then make sure to enter the correct flight information on the View My Reservation - View Reservation Details screen no later than 7 days before the round. → If you choose a pick-up service, please select a rate that suits the number of people. Additional charges may apply if the actual number of guests differs from the number of reservations. → If you are using a local SIM, please enter a local number where you can be reached for smooth pick-up service. → If the pick-up service is not smooth or impossible due to an error in ticket or contact information, refunds and changes are not possible.

    아이콘Notice Regarding Rain and Natural Disasters

    Golf courses (ex, in Southeast Asia) typically proceed with rounds even in rainy conditions. In most cases, players temporarily take shelter from sudden downpours and then resume play. Therefore, unlike in Korea, cancellations or green fee refunds due to rain are not allowed. Please ensure you check in and follow the specific policies of each golf course (ex, rain coupons, etc).

    • How can I check available tee times for reservation?

      If you select your desired tee time among the tee times displayed on product reservation page, your reservation will be confirmed as the actual tee time.

    • Can I change the number of golfers for rounds or the reservation name after booking?

      If you want to change the number of people after you have already received your booking confirmation, please check the cancellation policy under [View Reservation Details] first. If free cancellation is still possible, you can request a cancellation/refund and then make a new booking with the desired number of people afterwards. However, since this is a separate cancellation and rebooking process, please keep in mind that it is not guaranteed that you receive the same tee times again.
