The ABC course at East Jingdu Golf Club is located in Zhuozhou, Hebei, close to Beijing with convenient access. · After D-4, 100% of the payment amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.

※ If the round is cancelled due to customer`s personal circumstances, refunds or postponements are not possible.
※ In the case of golf courses in Southeast Asia, tee times and tee-offs may be adjusted or started early or late depending on local circumstances during the peak season (December to February), and refunds or cancellations are not possible.

※ If there are no available tee times to choose from, it means the tee times for that day are fully booked. However, if you contact us via 1:1 chat (or email for countries outside of Korea), we will check and guide you regarding available tee times.
※ If the round is not a 4-person team, you may join another group, and individual play with less than 4 players cannot be guaranteed.
※ Due to golf course operating policies and local conditions, tee times may be subject to changes without prior notice and may be earlier or later than scheduled. Refunds and cancellations due to this are not possible.

Notice Regarding Rain and Natural Disasters

Golf courses (ex, in Southeast Asia) typically proceed with rounds even in rainy conditions. In most cases, players temporarily take shelter from sudden downpours and then resume play. Therefore, unlike in Korea, cancellations or green fee refunds due to rain are not allowed. Please ensure you check in and follow the specific policies of each golf course (ex, rain coupons, etc).
