    ※ If the round is cancelled due to customer`s personal circumstances, refunds or postponements are not possible.
    ※ In the case of golf courses in Southeast Asia, tee times and tee-offs may be adjusted or started early or late depending on local circumstances during the peak season (December to February), and refunds or cancellations are not possible.

    ※ If no tee times are available, it means that the date is fully booked. However, if you contact us via 1:1 chat (or by email for users outside Korea), we will check for any additional tee times and get back to you.
    ※ For rounds with fewer than 4 players, you may be joined with other players, and private play cannot be guaranteed.
    ※ Due to the golf course’s operational policies and local circumstances, reserved tee times may be changed, delayed, or advanced without prior notice. Refunds or cancellations are not possible in such cases.

    아이콘Notice Regarding Rain and Natural Disasters

    Golf courses (ex, in Southeast Asia) typically proceed with rounds even in rainy conditions. In most cases, players temporarily take shelter from sudden downpours and then resume play. Therefore, unlike in Korea, cancellations or green fee refunds due to rain are not allowed. Please ensure you check in and follow the specific policies of each golf course (ex, rain coupons, etc).

    • Since 1972, the Villamartin golf course has been a reference among the courses of the Valencian Community. The design of Villamartin Golf is due to the work of John Puttman, who already worked in La Manga Club at the end of the 60s. Villamartin Golf has an extensive community of players from all over Europe who chose this beautiful golf course as a place to live, being golf and this course part of their lifestyle.

      If you select your desired tee time among the tee times displayed on product reservation page, your reservation will be confirmed as the actual tee time.

    • Can I change the number of golfers for rounds or the reservation name after booking?

      If you want to change the number of people after you have already received your booking confirmation, please check the cancellation policy under [View Reservation Details] first. If free cancellation is still possible, you can request a cancellation/refund and then make a new booking with the desired number of people afterwards. However, since this is a separate cancellation and rebooking process, please keep in mind that it is not guaranteed that you receive the same tee times again.
