· D-45: 0% of the payment amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.

· D-31: 20% of the payment amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.

· D-21: 40% of the payment amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.

· D-16: 60% of the payment amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.

· After D-15, 100% of the payment amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.

If canceled due to local supplier circumstances, we will inform you and provide a full refund.

The cancellation and refund policy separately provided within the product takes precedence.

※ Please write your English name on the golf bag name tag before departure.
※ The golf course may change depending on local circumstances on the day of use.
※ Depending on the golf course operation policy and local circumstances, it may be delayed from the purchased time.
※ You must arrive at the clubhouse 30 minutes before the start time of your golf round.
※ If the round is cancelled due to customer`s personal circumstances, refunds or postponements are not possible.
※ In the case of golf courses in Southeast Asia, tee times and tee-offs may be adjusted or started early or late depending on local circumstances during the peak season (December to February), and refunds or cancellations are not possible.

Golf Course Essential Information

※ This product is a confirmed package with golf courses and hotels scheduled daily, but the itinerary may change depending on local conditions.
※ For confirmed daily golf courses and tee times, please inquire individually.
※ According to hotel regulations, a three-person reservation requires the use of two rooms, and a single charge applies. Please inquire separately about the cost.
※ Departing on 9/24, the Deluxe Ocean Room at The Lodge at Pebble Beach can accommodate 3 people in one room without any additional charge. (The room will be assigned with either 2 twin beds or 1 king-size bed, and while requests can be made in advance, they are not guaranteed. If assigned a king-size bed, an extra bed will be set up free of charge.)
※ If you wish to extend or change the period outside the included itinerary, an individual estimate can be requested.
※ For 2-3 person reservations, join play may occur, and if there is no join team, it will proceed as a single play. (If you want to confirm single play for 2-3 people in advance, you must pay the cost for 4 golfers.) The United States is a country with a tipping culture, so you should tip local staff such as drivers, hotels, golf courses, and restaurants in cash as a token of appreciation.
※ Passport issuance and ESTA application for entry into the United States are not agented and must be done individually.
※ Once the reservation is confirmed after payment, cancellation and refunds are not possible.
※ When requesting a reservation, it is considered as agreement to the cancellation and refund policy.
※ Club rentals may not be readily available at each golf course. Please bring a personal golf bag with an English name tag if possible.

Notice Regarding Rain and Natural Disasters

Golf courses (ex, in Southeast Asia) typically proceed with rounds even in rainy conditions. In most cases, players temporarily take shelter from sudden downpours and then resume play. Therefore, unlike in Korea, cancellations or green fee refunds due to rain are not allowed. Please ensure you check in and follow the specific policies of each golf course (ex, rain coupons, etc).
