※ Depending on the golf course operation policy and local circumstances, it may be delayed from the purchased time.
※ You must arrive at the clubhouse 30 minutes before the start time of your golf round.
※ If the round is cancelled due to customer`s personal circumstances, refunds or postponements are not possible.
※ In the case of golf courses in Southeast Asia, tee times and tee-offs may be adjusted or started early or late depending on local circumstances during the peak season (December to February), and refunds or cancellations are not possible.

※ Entry visas required to enter Australia must be applied for separately (AUD $20 per person).
※ Caddie service and shade houses are not available at Australian golf courses.
※ Rounds of 42 players to 3 players are usually played alone, but may be joined on site during public holidays and events.

Notice Regarding Rain and Natural Disasters

Golf courses (ex, in Southeast Asia) typically proceed with rounds even in rainy conditions. In most cases, players temporarily take shelter from sudden downpours and then resume play. Therefore, unlike in Korea, cancellations or green fee refunds due to rain are not allowed. Please ensure you check in and follow the specific policies of each golf course (ex, rain coupons, etc).

Check Point

There are two courses (Gangurru and Bungool), so be sure to check which course you＇ve booked. There are a lot of kangaroos on the fairways, so drive slowly and be careful when driving your cart. The Bungool course is more challenging due to the strong winds and many bunkers. It＇s on the outskirts of Sydney, so I recommend renting a car rather than using public transportation.
