    ※ If the round is cancelled due to customer`s personal circumstances, refunds or postponements are not possible.
    ※ In the case of golf courses in Southeast Asia, tee times and tee-offs may be adjusted or started early or late depending on local circumstances during the peak season (December to February), and refunds or cancellations are not possible.

    ※ · For an afternoon 9-hole round, the full 18-hole service fees (caddy fee and cart fee) must be paid.
    ※ · Morning Legacy 18-hole + Afternoon Panorama 18-hole rounds are available at the same cost.
    ※ · Even if only 18 holes are played after booking 36 holes in a day, the afternoon 18-hole caddy fee and cart fee must still be paid.
    ※ · Additional charges may apply during the year-end, New Year’s holiday, and Lunar New Year holidays based on local public holiday rates.
    ※ · If there are no available tee times, it means the date is fully booked. However, through 1:1 chat consultation, we can check for additional available tee times and provide further guidance.
    ※ · The 3-night package includes rounds for 3 days starting the day after check-in, and the 4-night package includes rounds for 4 days starting the day after check-in (refer to the detailed itinerary).
    ※ · For 2-person rounds, you may be joined by another team, and exclusive play for two players cannot be guaranteed.
    ※ · On the first day, the guide will assist with airport-to-resort and resort-to-airport transfers and provide an overview of the golf schedule at the resort (not a private guide or vehicle).
    ※ · Please provide accurate flight information at the time of booking.
    ※ · There may be slight changes to the schedule due to local circumstances.
    ※ · On the 3rd day, you can switch to a 36-hole round at Gassan Panorama CC for free. However, pre-reservation is required, and you must specify ＂Change to Panorama on Day 3＂ in the request section of the payment page at the time of booking.
    ※ · Partial refunds are not available even if you do not complete the included round schedule.
    ※ · Caddie, cart, and round-trip airport transfer services are mandatory, and payment must be made directly to the guide (driver) at the airport meeting.

    아이콘Notice Regarding Rain and Natural Disasters

    Golf courses (ex, in Southeast Asia) typically proceed with rounds even in rainy conditions. In most cases, players temporarily take shelter from sudden downpours and then resume play. Therefore, unlike in Korea, cancellations or green fee refunds due to rain are not allowed. Please ensure you check in and follow the specific policies of each golf course (ex, rain coupons, etc).

    • Can I change the number of golfers for rounds or the reservation name after booking?

      If you want to change the number of people after you have already received your booking confirmation, please check the cancellation policy under [View Reservation Details] first. If free cancellation is still possible, you can request a cancellation/refund and then make a new booking with the desired number of people afterwards. However, since this is a separate cancellation and rebooking process, please keep in mind that it is not guaranteed that you receive the same tee times again.
