· After D-24, 100% of the payment amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.

If the reservation is canceled due to the circumstances of the local supplier, we will notify you and process a full refund.

The cancellation and refund policies provided in the product will take precedence.

※ Please write your English name on the golf bag name tag before departure.
※ The golf course may change depending on local circumstances on the day of use.
※ Depending on the golf course operation policy and local circumstances, it may be delayed from the purchased time.
※ You must arrive at the clubhouse 30 minutes before the start time of your golf round.
※ If the round is cancelled due to customer`s personal circumstances, refunds or postponements are not possible.
※ In the case of golf courses in Southeast Asia, tee times and tee-offs may be adjusted or started early or late depending on local circumstances during the peak season (December to February), and refunds or cancellations are not possible.

Golf Course Essential Information

※ The 3-night package includes three days of rounds starting from the day after check-in, and the 4-night package includes four days of rounds starting from the day after check-in. (Refer to the detailed itinerary)
※ During the year-end, holidays, or peak seasons, surcharges or gala dinners (evening banquets) may be mandatory and will be notified separately after confirmation.
※ Depending on local circumstances, a Thai guide or backup guide (with a Korean staff member available for communication via KakaoTalk) may assist.
※ When playing at Alpine, a club lunch fee of 400 THB per meal must be paid regardless of whether you dine or not.
※ If there are no available tee times, it means that date is fully booked. Please contact us via 1:1 chat (email for overseas) to check for additional available slots.
※ For groups with fewer than 4 players, joining with another team may be required, and private play cannot be guaranteed.
※ Due to golf course policies or local conditions, tee times may change or be delayed without prior notice, and refunds or cancellations are not possible for such reasons.
※ Minor schedule changes may occur due to local circumstances.
※ Caddie, cart, driver, and guide are mandatory services. Payment must be made directly to the guide (driver) at the airport meeting.

Notice Regarding Rain and Natural Disasters

Golf courses (ex, in Southeast Asia) typically proceed with rounds even in rainy conditions. In most cases, players temporarily take shelter from sudden downpours and then resume play. Therefore, unlike in Korea, cancellations or green fee refunds due to rain are not allowed. Please ensure you check in and follow the specific policies of each golf course (ex, rain coupons, etc).

The North Hill Golf Club is a challenging par 72 course located a 20-minute drive from Chiang Mai International Airport. The 9-hole course, which opened in 2011 under the name Meja 9 Golf Club, was fully expanded and renamed to an 18-hole golf course in November 2015. In accordance with the supervisor＇s instructions, the course is continuously being maintained, and we continue to provide detailed support and information to meet the needs of golfers.
