    ※ If the round is cancelled due to customer`s personal circumstances, refunds or postponements are not possible.
    ※ In the case of golf courses in Southeast Asia, tee times and tee-offs may be adjusted or started early or late depending on local circumstances during the peak season (December to February), and refunds or cancellations are not possible.

    ※ This package requires confirmation after golf course inquiry once the reservation is received. Please consider this when planning your reservation and itinerary.
    ※ Golf course and tee times cannot be pre-selected, but once the reservation is confirmed, we will provide details about the accommodation, golf courses, and tee times for each date.
    ※ The same golf course may be repeated depending on local conditions.
    ※ Additional charges apply during Japanese holiday periods.
    ※ Vehicle usage is not allowed outside the airport-hotel-golf course schedule.
    ※ As the driver does not wait during the rounds, please make sure to unload all luggage each time you exit the vehicle.
    ※ It is recommended to arrive at Osaka (Kansai Airport) before 10 AM and depart after 6 PM when using the airport for both arrival and departure.
    ※ On the first day, play will be at Tojo Pine Valley CC with sunset play, and depending on arrival time, immigration, and traffic conditions, you may be unable to play or be restricted in playing (no refunds for this).
    ※ Rooms are based on Japanese-style rooms. An upgrade to a Western-style room (Deluxe Room) is available at an additional cost (3,000 JPY per night per person).
    ※ There are only 4 Western-style rooms available, so please check with the staff if an upgrade is possible.
    ※ Any additional costs will be paid directly at the golf course on the day.
    ※ As a package deal, no refunds will be provided if you do not use the accommodation, meals, or rounds.
    ※ Each golf course has different club rental policies, so it is recommended to bring your own golf bag (name tag in English is required).

    아이콘Notice Regarding Rain and Natural Disasters

    Golf courses (ex, in Southeast Asia) typically proceed with rounds even in rainy conditions. In most cases, players temporarily take shelter from sudden downpours and then resume play. Therefore, unlike in Korea, cancellations or green fee refunds due to rain are not allowed. Please ensure you check in and follow the specific policies of each golf course (ex, rain coupons, etc).
