    ※ Depending on the golf course operation policy and local circumstances, it may be delayed from the purchased time.
    ※ You must arrive at the clubhouse 30 minutes before the start time of your golf round.
    ※ If the round is cancelled due to customer`s personal circumstances, refunds or postponements are not possible.
    ※ In the case of golf courses in Southeast Asia, tee times and tee-offs may be adjusted or started early or late depending on local circumstances during the peak season (December to February), and refunds or cancellations are not possible.

    ※ If there are no available tee times, it means that the tee times for the selected date are fully booked. However, if you contact us via 1:1 chat consultation, we will check for additional available tee times and provide guidance.
    ※ This product will be confirmed after inquiring with the golf course once the booking is submitted. Tee times and booking confirmation will be individually notified. Please refer to this when making a reservation and planning your travel schedule.
    ※ This package includes check-in at the hotel on your selected date, followed by 18-hole rounds for 3 consecutive days. Please keep this in mind when planning your trip.
    ※ Solo play for less than 4 people is not guaranteed. If fewer than 4 people play, you may be joined with other groups.
    ※ Tee times may change or be delayed due to golf course policies or local conditions, and refunds or cancellations are not possible in such cases.
    ※ According to local government policies, the booked date may be designated as a holiday (temporary or national). In such cases, the original price may no longer apply, and additional payment for the increased rate will be required even after booking confirmation.

    ※ From August 5 to October 31, Vinpearl Golf Phu Quoc will carry out upgrade and maintenance works in the following areas:
    ※ - Aug 5 – Sep 25: Restaurant area – New bar and kitchen construction
    ※ - Aug 26 – Sep 10: Women’s locker room – Renovation of new section
    ※ - Sep 11 – Oct 5: Men’s locker room – Expansion to twice the current size
    ※ - Aug 7 – Oct 31: Internal road expansion connecting VinWonders Phu Quoc and Vinpearl Wonderworld Phu Quoc
    ※ During the construction period, access to some areas may be restricted or temporarily relocated. Staff will provide guidance on-site, and all other facilities will operate as normal.

    Golf courses (ex, in Southeast Asia) typically proceed with rounds even in rainy conditions. In most cases, players temporarily take shelter from sudden downpours and then resume play. Therefore, unlike in Korea, cancellations or green fee refunds due to rain are not allowed. Please ensure you check in and follow the specific policies of each golf course (ex, rain coupons, etc).

      If you want to change the number of people after you have already received your booking confirmation, please check the cancellation policy under [View Reservation Details] first. If free cancellation is still possible, you can request a cancellation/refund and then make a new booking with the desired number of people afterwards. However, since this is a separate cancellation and rebooking process, please keep in mind that it is not guaranteed that you receive the same tee times again.
