· After D-13, 100% of the payment amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.

If the reservation is canceled due to the circumstances of the local supplier, we will notify you and process a full refund.

※ Please write your English name on the golf bag name tag before departure.
※ The golf course may change depending on local circumstances on the day of use.
※ Depending on the golf course operation policy and local circumstances, it may be delayed from the purchased time.
※ You must arrive at the clubhouse 30 minutes before the start time of your golf round.
※ If the round is cancelled due to customer`s personal circumstances, refunds or postponements are not possible.
※ In the case of golf courses in Southeast Asia, tee times and tee-offs may be adjusted or started early or late depending on local circumstances during the peak season (December to February), and refunds or cancellations are not possible.

Golf Course Essential Information

※ This product is available for a minimum of 2 people.
※ It is a NO shopping + NO options + NO guide package for the entire itinerary.
※ Once the reservation is received, this product will be confirmed after inquiries with the golf course/hotel. Please keep this in mind when planning your reservation and travel itinerary.
※ After confirmation of the reservation, we will individually inform you of the golf courses and tee times for each day.
※ The driver will assist with simple golf course tee-off instructions and transportation to restaurants and massage shops. (Please use Google Translate if communication is difficult due to the local driver.)
※ The vehicle is available until 9 PM (based on hotel arrival), and additional charges will apply for overtime usage. (200 THB per hour – to be paid directly to the driver)
※ For rounds with fewer than four players, you may be required to join another group. (Solo play for 2-3 players cannot be guaranteed.)
※ Due to local assignment regulations, you cannot choose the golf course or specify tee times.
※ Depending on the tee-off time provided before departure, breakfast at the hotel may not be available.
※ If changing to a full view at the Nexen Hotel, an additional charge of 15,000 KRW per night per person will apply (additional cost).
※ If assigned to the Mandarin Eastville Pattaya due to hotel capacity, additional charges will apply (please contact the representative for more details).
※ In the case of rain or severe weather preventing the round, compensation or refunds will be processed according to the golf course＇s regulations, provided that there is a notice of ＂closure＂ from the golf course.
※ Refunds will not be issued for missed rounds or cancellations made based on personal judgment or weather forecasts.
※ Golf courses and tee times may change due to course closures or other circumstances.
※ As this is a package product, costs are non-refundable even if meals, accommodation, and rounds are not utilized.
※ Please be always cautious and ensure safety during your free time travels, as we will not be responsible for any accidents.
※ Recently, there have been cases of entry being denied due to passport damage (such as writing on passport photo pages, visa pages, loss of pages, etc.) during immigration checks. Additionally, damaged passports may result in denial of boarding. Therefore, please ensure the condition of your passport before departure.

Notice Regarding Rain and Natural Disasters

Golf courses (ex, in Southeast Asia) typically proceed with rounds even in rainy conditions. In most cases, players temporarily take shelter from sudden downpours and then resume play. Therefore, unlike in Korea, cancellations or green fee refunds due to rain are not allowed. Please ensure you check in and follow the specific policies of each golf course (ex, rain coupons, etc).
