    ※ You must arrive at the clubhouse 30 minutes before the start time of your golf round.
    ※ If the round is cancelled due to customer`s personal circumstances, refunds or postponements are not possible.
    ※ In the case of golf courses in Southeast Asia, tee times and tee-offs may be adjusted or started early or late depending on local circumstances during the peak season (December to February), and refunds or cancellations are not possible.

    ※ This package requires a minimum of two participants.
    ※ ㄴ However, for groups of fewer than four, rounds will be played as a joined group (private play is not guaranteed for groups of two or three).
    ※ The entire itinerary follows a NO shopping + NO optional tours + NO guide policy.
    ※ For groups of three, triple occupancy is not available (one person must stay in a single room).
    ※ Five-person play is not allowed (must be split into a 3-person group + 2-person group, with each group joining other players).
    ※ If you wish to use the shuttle between Ho Chi Minh City and the golf course, please arrange the reservation directly with the hotel.
    ※ As this is a package product, no refunds will be provided for unused meals, accommodation, or rounds.

    Golf courses (ex, in Southeast Asia) typically proceed with rounds even in rainy conditions. In most cases, players temporarily take shelter from sudden downpours and then resume play. Therefore, unlike in Korea, cancellations or green fee refunds due to rain are not allowed. Please ensure you check in and follow the specific policies of each golf course (ex, rain coupons, etc).

      If you want to change the number of people after you have already received your booking confirmation, please check the cancellation policy under [View Reservation Details] first. If free cancellation is still possible, you can request a cancellation/refund and then make a new booking with the desired number of people afterwards. However, since this is a separate cancellation and rebooking process, please keep in mind that it is not guaranteed that you receive the same tee times again.
