    Golf courses (ex, in Southeast Asia) typically proceed with rounds even in rainy conditions. In most cases, players temporarily take shelter from sudden downpours and then resume play. Therefore, unlike in Korea, cancellations or green fee refunds due to rain are not allowed. Please ensure you check in and follow the specific policies of each golf course (ex, rain coupons, etc).

    • Hoiana Shores Golf Club is designed by Robert Trent Jones Jr., who is called the ＂Father of Sustainable Golf Course Design.＂, who is highly regarded for the surprisingly low impact his design work has on the natural environment. A major course he designed was the 2015 U.S. Chambers Bay (University Place, Washington), where the Open was held, and the 2016 U.S. This is Corde Valle (San Martin, California) where the Women＇s Open was held. This is the golf course where he first introduced his decades of golf course design experience to Vietnam.

    • Can I change the number of golfers for rounds or the reservation name after booking?

      If you want to change the number of people after you have already received your booking confirmation, please check the cancellation policy under [View Reservation Details] first. If free cancellation is still possible, you can request a cancellation/refund and then make a new booking with the desired number of people afterwards. However, since this is a separate cancellation and rebooking process, please keep in mind that it is not guaranteed that you receive the same tee times again.
