· After D-33, 100% of the payment amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.

If the reservation is canceled due to the circumstances of the local supplier, we will notify you and process a full refund.

The cancellation and refund policies provided in the product will take precedence.

※ Please write your English name on the golf bag name tag before departure.
※ The golf course may change depending on local circumstances on the day of use.
※ Depending on the golf course operation policy and local circumstances, it may be delayed from the purchased time.
※ You must arrive at the clubhouse 30 minutes before the start time of your golf round.
※ If the round is cancelled due to customer`s personal circumstances, refunds or postponements are not possible.
※ In the case of golf courses in Southeast Asia, tee times and tee-offs may be adjusted or started early or late depending on local circumstances during the peak season (December to February), and refunds or cancellations are not possible.

Golf Course Essential Information

※ The 3-night package includes rounds for 3 days starting from the day after check-in, and the 4-night package includes rounds for 4 days starting from the day after check-in. (Refer to the detailed itinerary)
※ Surcharges and Gala Dinner may be mandatory during year-end/New Year, public holidays, or consecutive holidays, and will be advised separately upon confirmation.
※ Depending on local circumstances, a Thai guide and a backup guide (communication via KakaoTalk with a Korean staff member) may be provided.
※ When rounding at Alpine, the club＇s lunch fee (400 THB/meal) must be paid regardless of whether you utilize the meal.
※ If there are no selectable tee times, it means tee times for that day are fully booked. However, please contact us via 1:1 chat consultation (email for countries outside of Korea) and we will check for and advise on any available additional tee times.
※ If there are fewer than 4 players, you may be joined with another team, and exclusive play cannot be guaranteed.
※ Due to golf course operating policies and local circumstances, reserved tee times may be changed, advanced, or delayed without prior notice, and no refunds or cancellations are possible due to this.
※ Minor changes to the itinerary may occur due to local circumstances.
※ Caddies, carts, drivers, and guides are mandatory services and must be paid directly to the guide (driver) upon airport meeting.

Notice Regarding Rain and Natural Disasters

Golf courses (ex, in Southeast Asia) typically proceed with rounds even in rainy conditions. In most cases, players temporarily take shelter from sudden downpours and then resume play. Therefore, unlike in Korea, cancellations or green fee refunds due to rain are not allowed. Please ensure you check in and follow the specific policies of each golf course (ex, rain coupons, etc).
