During the final confirmation process by the golf course, prepayment or additional reservation information (such as player names, passport details, accommodation information, etc.) may be requested.
After the reservation is confirmed, a cancellation fee may apply in case of cancellation.

Product Introduction

The Dianchi Lake Golf Course is an 18-hole championship course. It has built over 400 world-class golf courses and is known as a pioneer in global golf course design and management, with IMG, a leader in golf course design, participating in its design.

The Kunming Yulong Bay Golf Course is a popular golf course where you can enjoy rounds in comfortable weather throughout the four seasons.

You can choose from options such as 36 holes in one day or 36 holes over two days, tailored to your individual travel schedule.

Included Services

Green Fee (2 rounds of 18 holes) → One round at Dianchi Lake Golf Club and one round at Kunming Yulong Bay Golf Club, but due to golf course closures or other reasons, there may be two rounds at the same golf course. Caddie Fee Cart Fee Locker Rental Fee

· Free cancellation available until D-11

· After D-10, 100% of the payment amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.

If the reservation is canceled due to the circumstances of the local supplier, we will notify you and process a full refund.

The cancellation and refund policies provided in the product will take precedence.

※ Please write your English name on the golf bag name tag before departure.
※ The golf course may change depending on local circumstances on the day of use.
※ Depending on the golf course operation policy and local circumstances, it may be delayed from the purchased time.
※ You must arrive at the clubhouse 30 minutes before the start time of your golf round.
※ If the round is cancelled due to customer`s personal circumstances, refunds or postponements are not possible.
※ In the case of golf courses in Southeast Asia, tee times and tee-offs may be adjusted or started early or late depending on local circumstances during the peak season (December to February), and refunds or cancellations are not possible.

※ → The listed green fee is the minimum fee per person (including cart and caddie fees).
※ → Based on your request form, the golf course will check availability.
※ → If available, the golf course will inform you of the date, tee time, and fees.
※ → Once you confirm the final fee, round date, and confirmed tee time, we will send you a payment link.
※ → After payment is completed, a voucher will be issued.
※ Submitting a reservation request implies agreement to the cancellation and refund policy.
※ If your group is not a full team of 4 players, you may be joined with other players, and solo rounds for less than 4 players cannot be guaranteed.
※ If you choose to use one cart per person, a single cart fee will be charged and should be paid on-site.
※ Due to the golf course’s operational policies or local circumstances, scheduled tee times may change, start earlier, or be delayed without prior notice. Refunds or cancellations due to such changes are not permitted.

Notice Regarding Rain and Natural Disasters

Golf courses (ex, in Southeast Asia) typically proceed with rounds even in rainy conditions. In most cases, players temporarily take shelter from sudden downpours and then resume play. Therefore, unlike in Korea, cancellations or green fee refunds due to rain are not allowed. Please ensure you check in and follow the specific policies of each golf course (ex, rain coupons, etc).
