During the final confirmation process by the golf course, prepayment or additional reservation information (such as player names, passport details, accommodation information, etc.) may be requested.
After the reservation is confirmed, a cancellation fee may apply in case of cancellation.

Nestled in the picturesque landscapes of southern Norway, Miklagard Golf is a sanctuary located just a 25-minute drive from the capital, Oslo, or 10 minutes from Oslo Airport (OSL). Visitors from around the world come to enjoy the serene atmosphere, play world-class golf, relax in the spa, and indulge in delightful culinary experiences.

Change / Cancel / Refund

· Free cancellation available until D-43

· D-42: 50% of the payment amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.

· D-22: 75% of the payment amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.

· D-12: 90% of the payment amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.

· D-7: 95% of the payment amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.

· After D-4, 100% of the payment amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.

If the reservation is canceled due to the circumstances of the local supplier, we will notify you and process a full refund.

The cancellation and refund policies provided in the product will take precedence.

※ Please write your English name on the golf bag name tag before departure.
※ The golf course may change depending on local circumstances on the day of use.
※ Depending on the golf course operation policy and local circumstances, it may be delayed from the purchased time.
※ You must arrive at the clubhouse 30 minutes before the start time of your golf round.
※ If the round is cancelled due to customer`s personal circumstances, refunds or postponements are not possible.
※ In the case of golf courses in Southeast Asia, tee times and tee-offs may be adjusted or started early or late depending on local circumstances during the peak season (December to February), and refunds or cancellations are not possible.

※ This golf course operates on a pre-requested reservation basis.
※ The rates shown are the minimum rate per person (18-hole green fees + 1 night) and are subject to availability with the golf course/hotel as per the form at the time of booking request.

※ If the booking is available, the golf course notifies you of the booking information (date, tee time, rate, etc.).
※ The customer will be sent a payment link after double checking the confirmed rate, round date, and confirmed tee time.
※ Once you complete the payment, we＇ll send you a voucher.
※ By submitting a reservation request, you are deemed to agree to the cancellation and refund policy.
※ If the round is not a 4-player team, you may be paired with other groups, and single play with fewer than 4 players cannot be guaranteed. Due to golf course operating policies and local circumstances, the reserved tee time may change or be delayed without prior notice, No refunds or cancellations will be allowed for these changes.

Notice Regarding Rain and Natural Disasters

Golf courses (ex, in Southeast Asia) typically proceed with rounds even in rainy conditions. In most cases, players temporarily take shelter from sudden downpours and then resume play. Therefore, unlike in Korea, cancellations or green fee refunds due to rain are not allowed. Please ensure you check in and follow the specific policies of each golf course (ex, rain coupons, etc).

Miklagard Golf opened in June 2001 with the intention of being one of Europe＇s best golf courses. Miklagard is located in Ullensaker municipality, an area with strong historical traditions dating back to the Viking Age. The name Ullensaker comes from the Norse Ullinshof. Miklagard is the Norse name for Istanbul, historically known as an important trading center. All the holes on the course are named after Norse gods and kings. Signs, buildings and the appearance of the course are inspired by Norse history. Course architect Robert Trent Jones Jr. has designed Miklagard Golf.

If you select your desired tee time among the tee times displayed on product reservation page, your reservation will be confirmed as the actual tee time.
Can I change the number of golfers for rounds or the reservation name after booking?

If you want to change the number of people after you have already received your booking confirmation, please check the cancellation policy under [View Reservation Details] first. If free cancellation is still possible, you can request a cancellation/refund and then make a new booking with the desired number of people afterwards. However, since this is a separate cancellation and rebooking process, please keep in mind that it is not guaranteed that you receive the same tee times again.
