    ※ If the round is cancelled due to customer`s personal circumstances, refunds or postponements are not possible.
    ※ In the case of golf courses in Southeast Asia, tee times and tee-offs may be adjusted or started early or late depending on local circumstances during the peak season (December to February), and refunds or cancellations are not possible.

    ※ This product is confirmed only after the golf course＇s final approval following the reservation request. Please keep this in mind when planning your booking and travel schedule.
    ※ This package includes hotel check-in on the selected date and a same-day round (afternoon tee time on the first day).
    ※ If no available tee times are shown, it means that tee times on that date are fully booked. However, you may inquire via one-on-one chat (or email for countries outside Korea) to check for additional available tee times.
    ※ Due to golf course policies and local conditions, reserved tee times may be changed, moved earlier, or delayed without prior notice. Cancellations and refunds will not be possible due to such changes.
    ※ The golf course and hotel may be substituted with equivalent options depending on local circumstances. Any changes will be informed at the time of booking.
    ※ In Japan, self-play is the standard, and caddies are not included. However, a caddy may be requested in advance if needed.
    ※ If the itinerary is extended, an additional day with the same schedule as Day 2 will be added.
    ※ The vehicle is not for private use and may be shared with other guests. It is only available for transfers between the golf course, hotel, and airport, and cannot be used for other purposes.

    Golf courses (ex, in Southeast Asia) typically proceed with rounds even in rainy conditions. In most cases, players temporarily take shelter from sudden downpours and then resume play. Therefore, unlike in Korea, cancellations or green fee refunds due to rain are not allowed. Please ensure you check in and follow the specific policies of each golf course (ex, rain coupons, etc).

      If you want to change the number of people after you have already received your booking confirmation, please check the cancellation policy under [View Reservation Details] first. If free cancellation is still possible, you can request a cancellation/refund and then make a new booking with the desired number of people afterwards. However, since this is a separate cancellation and rebooking process, please keep in mind that it is not guaranteed that you receive the same tee times again.
