· D-33: 10% of the payment amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.

· D-24: 20% of the payment amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.

· D-17: 30% of the payment amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.

· D-10: 50% of the payment amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.

· D-6: 80% of the payment amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.

· After D-4, 100% of the payment amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.

If the reservation is canceled due to the circumstances of the local supplier, we will notify you and process a full refund.

The cancellation and refund policies provided in the product will take precedence.

※ Please write your English name on the golf bag name tag before departure.
※ The golf course may change depending on local circumstances on the day of use.
※ Depending on the golf course operation policy and local circumstances, it may be delayed from the purchased time.
※ You must arrive at the clubhouse 30 minutes before the start time of your golf round.
※ If the round is cancelled due to customer`s personal circumstances, refunds or postponements are not possible.
※ In the case of golf courses in Southeast Asia, tee times and tee-offs may be adjusted or started early or late depending on local circumstances during the peak season (December to February), and refunds or cancellations are not possible.

Golf Course Essential Information

※ All rounds are based on no caddy + self cart play.
※ On Day 1, if playing 9 holes, play may be suspended at sunset. No refunds will be issued for this.
※ On mid-days with 27 holes (18 holes + 9 holes), the additional 9 holes in the afternoon are considered complimentary and subject to course availability and sunset. Refunds will not be provided in case of restriction.
※ Please attach a name tag with your English passport name on your golf bag before departure.
※ Due to local conditions, club rental may be limited. Bringing your own golf bag is highly recommended.

Notice Regarding Rain and Natural Disasters

Golf courses (ex, in Southeast Asia) typically proceed with rounds even in rainy conditions. In most cases, players temporarily take shelter from sudden downpours and then resume play. Therefore, unlike in Korea, cancellations or green fee refunds due to rain are not allowed. Please ensure you check in and follow the specific policies of each golf course (ex, rain coupons, etc).
