· Free cancellation available until D-33

· D-32: 20% of the payment amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.

· After D-17, 100% of the payment amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.

If the reservation is canceled due to the circumstances of the local supplier, we will notify you and process a full refund.

The cancellation and refund policies provided in the product will take precedence.

※ The golf course may change depending on local circumstances on the day of use.
※ Depending on the golf course operation policy and local circumstances, it may be delayed from the purchased time.
※ You must arrive at the clubhouse 30 minutes before the start time of your golf round.
※ If the round is cancelled due to customer`s personal circumstances, refunds or postponements are not possible.
※ In the case of golf courses in Southeast Asia, tee times and tee-offs may be adjusted or started early or late depending on local circumstances during the peak season (December to February), and refunds or cancellations are not possible.

※ Availability at the golf course and accommodation will be checked based on your preferred date and number of players.
※ If available, we will inform you of the rates and tee times based on your selected date and accommodation options.
※ The listed price is the minimum reference rate at the time of request; the final confirmed price will be provided in a quotation.
※ Once you confirm the final price and tee times via the quotation, we will send you a payment link.
※ To secure the reservation, a 20% deposit of the total amount is required, and the remaining balance must be paid at least 30 days before your arrival.
※ Submitting a reservation request is considered agreement to the cancellation and refund policy.
※ Club rentals may not be readily available at all courses, so we recommend bringing your own golf bag with an English name tag attached.

Notice Regarding Rain and Natural Disasters

Golf courses (ex, in Southeast Asia) typically proceed with rounds even in rainy conditions. In most cases, players temporarily take shelter from sudden downpours and then resume play. Therefore, unlike in Korea, cancellations or green fee refunds due to rain are not allowed. Please ensure you check in and follow the specific policies of each golf course (ex, rain coupons, etc).
