※ Depending on the golf course operation policy and local circumstances, it may be delayed from the purchased time.
※ You must arrive at the clubhouse 30 minutes before the start time of your golf round.
※ If the round is cancelled due to customer`s personal circumstances, refunds or postponements are not possible.
※ In the case of golf courses in Southeast Asia, tee times and tee-offs may be adjusted or started early or late depending on local circumstances during the peak season (December to February), and refunds or cancellations are not possible.

※ This package is subject to final confirmation after contacting the golf courses once your reservation request has been received.

※ Once the reservation is confirmed, we will provide the golf courses and tee times for each day.
※ For groups with fewer than 4 players, you may be paired with others; exclusive play cannot be guaranteed.
※ Due to golf course policies or local conditions, reserved tee times may change without prior notice and may start earlier or later than scheduled. Refunds or cancellations will not be granted in such cases.
※ Club rentals may be limited. Please bring your own golf bag with a name tag showing your English name as written on your passport.
※ Please confirm your flight schedule accurately for airport pickup and drop-off.
※ Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months.
※ The travel agency is not responsible for any accidents that occur during your free time. Please always prioritize safety during personal activities.

Notice Regarding Rain and Natural Disasters

Golf courses (ex, in Southeast Asia) typically proceed with rounds even in rainy conditions. In most cases, players temporarily take shelter from sudden downpours and then resume play. Therefore, unlike in Korea, cancellations or green fee refunds due to rain are not allowed. Please ensure you check in and follow the specific policies of each golf course (ex, rain coupons, etc).
