    ※ If the round is cancelled due to customer`s personal circumstances, refunds or postponements are not possible.
    ※ In the case of golf courses in Southeast Asia, tee times and tee-offs may be adjusted or started early or late depending on local circumstances during the peak season (December to February), and refunds or cancellations are not possible.

    ※ The package price is based on 4 players; play is not allowed for fewer than 3 players.
    ※ Rounds are scheduled for afternoon on Day 1 and morning on Day 2, subject to change depending on conditions.
    ※ Additional fees will apply if playing outside the designated package time.
    ※ Rooms are 60-pyeong (approx. 198㎡) suites at The Heaven Resort (4 people per room).
    ※ Upgrading to a 70-pyeong Royal Suite will incur an extra charge.
    ※ If play is stopped after 1 hole due to bad weather, an infrastructure fee of 20,000 KRW per person will apply.
    ※ Suite room bed types: 4 single beds or 1 queen bed + 2 single beds (assigned randomly depending on room availability).
    ※ Play may not be permitted with foreign guests; please inquire in advance.
    ※ If there are no available tee times, the date is fully booked. Contact via 1:1 chat (or email outside Korea) to check for additional options.

    아이콘Notice Regarding Rain and Natural Disasters

    Golf courses (ex, in Southeast Asia) typically proceed with rounds even in rainy conditions. In most cases, players temporarily take shelter from sudden downpours and then resume play. Therefore, unlike in Korea, cancellations or green fee refunds due to rain are not allowed. Please ensure you check in and follow the specific policies of each golf course (ex, rain coupons, etc).

      If you select your desired tee time among the tee times displayed on product reservation page, your reservation will be confirmed as the actual tee time.

    • Can I change the number of golfers for rounds or the reservation name after booking?

      If you want to change the number of people after you have already received your booking confirmation, please check the cancellation policy under [View Reservation Details] first. If free cancellation is still possible, you can request a cancellation/refund and then make a new booking with the desired number of people afterwards. However, since this is a separate cancellation and rebooking process, please keep in mind that it is not guaranteed that you receive the same tee times again.
