· D-33: 30% of the payment amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.

· D-23: 50% of the payment amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.

· D-17: 60% of the payment amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.

· After D-10, 100% of the payment amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.

If the reservation is canceled due to the circumstances of the local supplier, we will notify you and process a full refund.

The cancellation and refund policies provided in the product will take precedence.

※ Depending on the golf course operation policy and local circumstances, it may be delayed from the purchased time.
※ You must arrive at the clubhouse 30 minutes before the start time of your golf round.
※ If the round is cancelled due to customer`s personal circumstances, refunds or postponements are not possible.
※ In the case of golf courses in Southeast Asia, tee times and tee-offs may be adjusted or started early or late depending on local circumstances during the peak season (December to February), and refunds or cancellations are not possible.

※ The listed price is the minimum reference rate; the final confirmed price will be provided with a quotation if available.
※ After confirming the quotation (including final rate and tee times), we will send you a payment link.
※ You must pay a 10% deposit within 3 days to confirm the reservation, and the remaining balance must be paid in full 31 days prior to departure.
※ Flights can be arranged separately upon request (Turkish Airlines Economy or Business Class).
※ By submitting a reservation request, you are considered to have agreed to the cancellation and refund policy.
※ Club rentals may not be available depending on the course, so we recommend bringing your own golf bag with an English name tag attached.
※ For groups of fewer than 4 players, other guests may be joined.
※ (For guaranteed private rounds: EUR 170 per person per 18 holes – must be requested and paid in advance.)
※ If you wish to add extra rounds, please contact customer service. (EUR 220 per person per 18 holes – advance payment required.)

Notice Regarding Rain and Natural Disasters

Golf courses (ex, in Southeast Asia) typically proceed with rounds even in rainy conditions. In most cases, players temporarily take shelter from sudden downpours and then resume play. Therefore, unlike in Korea, cancellations or green fee refunds due to rain are not allowed. Please ensure you check in and follow the specific policies of each golf course (ex, rain coupons, etc).
