※ If the round is cancelled due to customer`s personal circumstances, refunds or postponements are not possible.

Golf Course Essential Information

※ Transportation is only provided between the airport, golf courses, and hotel according to the itinerary. Use of the vehicle outside of the scheduled plan is not allowed.
※ Exact tee times for each day will be individually notified prior to departure after reservation is confirmed.
※ Shuttle buses are shared with other groups booked on the same day.

Therefore, unlike in Korea, cancellations or green fee refunds due to rain are not allowed. Please ensure you check in and follow the specific policies of each golf course (ex, rain coupons, etc).
