※ Depending on the golf course operation policy and local circumstances, it may be delayed from the purchased time.
※ You must arrive at the clubhouse 30 minutes before the start time of your golf round.
※ If the round is cancelled due to customer`s personal circumstances, refunds or postponements are not possible.
※ In the case of golf courses in Southeast Asia, tee times and tee-offs may be adjusted or started early or late depending on local circumstances during the peak season (December to February), and refunds or cancellations are not possible.

※ ▶ On the day of your round at the Kauai golf course, please inform the hotel concierge of your tee time—they will arrange a shuttle bus. After your round, you must contact the concierge again to request the return shuttle. The course is also walkable in approximately 7 minutes.
※ ▶ Additional rounds and optional tours are available; advance request and prepayment are required before departure. (*Optional tour list available upon request.)
※ ▶ For 2–3 players, joining with other groups may be required. If no group is available, solo play is allowed. (*To guarantee a private 2–3 person round, a 4-player fee is required; please inquire for details.)
※ ▶ For 3-person bookings, the default arrangement is 3 adults in one room (with extra bed). For single room use, a single supplement applies (*advance request and payment required).
※ ▶ At Grand Hyatt Kauai Resort & Spa, the bed type is 2 king beds.

Notice Regarding Rain and Natural Disasters

Golf courses (ex, in Southeast Asia) typically proceed with rounds even in rainy conditions. In most cases, players temporarily take shelter from sudden downpours and then resume play. Therefore, unlike in Korea, cancellations or green fee refunds due to rain are not allowed. Please ensure you check in and follow the specific policies of each golf course (ex, rain coupons, etc).
