※ If the round is cancelled due to customer`s personal circumstances, refunds or postponements are not possible.
※ In the case of golf courses in Southeast Asia, tee times and tee-offs may be adjusted or started early or late depending on local circumstances during the peak season (December to February), and refunds or cancellations are not possible.

※ If there are no available tee times, it means the date is fully booked. However, you can inquire through 1:1 chat (or email for users outside Korea), and we will check if additional tee times can be arranged.
※ If the number of players is fewer than four, single play is not guaranteed and you may be paired with other players.
※ Please note that in Thailand, caddy tips are required separately from caddy fees.
※ Due to golf course policies and local conditions, reserved tee times may be changed without prior notice or may start earlier or later than scheduled. Refunds or cancellations are not possible in such cases.

Notice Regarding Rain and Natural Disasters

Golf courses (ex, in Southeast Asia) typically proceed with rounds even in rainy conditions. In most cases, players temporarily take shelter from sudden downpours and then resume play. Therefore, unlike in Korea, cancellations or green fee refunds due to rain are not allowed. Please ensure you check in and follow the specific policies of each golf course (ex, rain coupons, etc).

If free cancellation is still possible, you can request a cancellation/refund and then make a new booking with the desired number of people afterwards.
