    This is an 18-hole golf course located within the upscale residential complex Graha Famili in **Surabaya, Indonesia**. Designed with Jack Nicklaus＇s design philosophy, the course offers a luxurious urban golf experience with strategic bunkers, water hazards, and landscaping that harmonizes over flat terrain. It is a very popular round place among local businessmen and nearby resident expatriates, with various facilities including a clubhouse, tennis courts, and a swimming pool.

    ※ In the case of golf courses in Southeast Asia, tee times and tee-offs may be adjusted or started early or late depending on local circumstances during the peak season (December to February), and refunds or cancellations are not possible.

    ※ If no tee times are available, it means that the date is fully booked. However, if you contact us via 1:1 chat (or by email for users outside Korea), we will check for any additional tee times and get back to you.
    ※ For rounds with fewer than 4 players, you may be joined with other players, and private play cannot be guaranteed.
    ※ A single cart fee may be added for a group of 3. (To be paid locally)
    ※ Due to the golf course’s operational policies and local circumstances, reserved tee times may be changed, delayed, or advanced without prior notice. Refunds or cancellations are not possible in such cases.

    아이콘Notice Regarding Rain and Natural Disasters

    Golf courses (ex, in Southeast Asia) typically proceed with rounds even in rainy conditions. In most cases, players temporarily take shelter from sudden downpours and then resume play. Therefore, unlike in Korea, cancellations or green fee refunds due to rain are not allowed. Please ensure you check in and follow the specific policies of each golf course (ex, rain coupons, etc).

    • Can I change the number of golfers for rounds or the reservation name after booking?

      If you want to change the number of people after you have already received your booking confirmation, please check the cancellation policy under [View Reservation Details] first. If free cancellation is still possible, you can request a cancellation/refund and then make a new booking with the desired number of people afterwards. However, since this is a separate cancellation and rebooking process, please keep in mind that it is not guaranteed that you receive the same tee times again.
