    Product Introduction
    The course was designed with the aim of entertaining and testing the players＇ skills. Natural obstacles such as trees and bodies of water make each hole different from the other, stimulating ever new strategies. To this must also be added the differences in level of the course that require a high level of resistance.

    · After D-5, 100% of the payment amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.


    If the reservation is canceled due to the circumstances of the local supplier, we will notify you and process a full refund.

    ※ You must arrive at the clubhouse 30 minutes before the start time of your golf round.
    ※ If the round is cancelled due to customer`s personal circumstances, refunds or postponements are not possible.
    ※ In the case of golf courses in Southeast Asia, tee times and tee-offs may be adjusted or started early or late depending on local circumstances during the peak season (December to February), and refunds or cancellations are not possible.

    ※ If booking for fewer than four players, you may be paired with other players on-site. Solo play is not guaranteed.
    ※ Due to golf course policies and local conditions, reserved tee times may be changed, delayed, or rescheduled without prior notice. Refunds and cancellations are not allowed due to these changes.

    아이콘Notice Regarding Rain and Natural Disasters

    Golf courses (ex, in Southeast Asia) typically proceed with rounds even in rainy conditions. In most cases, players temporarily take shelter from sudden downpours and then resume play. Therefore, unlike in Korea, cancellations or green fee refunds due to rain are not allowed. Please ensure you check in and follow the specific policies of each golf course (ex, rain coupons, etc).

    • The Colline del Gavi Golf Club is located in Tassarolo (AL), between Piedmont and Liguria, in the heart of the hilly region where the Gavi grape is grown. Immersed in the mesmerizing blue of the vineyards and surrounded by the beauty of nature and art, it is the ideal place for anyone who wants to make the most of their leisure time. The holes of the course are of a high technical level and follow a natural progression, utilizing the shape of the terrain between forests, hills, courses and water bodies. If you are not an expert, you can experience the thrill of golf with the help of a professional on the executive course and driving range.

      If you select your desired tee time among the tee times displayed on product reservation page, your reservation will be confirmed as the actual tee time.

    • Can I change the number of golfers for rounds or the reservation name after booking?

      If you want to change the number of people after you have already received your booking confirmation, please check the cancellation policy under [View Reservation Details] first. If free cancellation is still possible, you can request a cancellation/refund and then make a new booking with the desired number of people afterwards. However, since this is a separate cancellation and rebooking process, please keep in mind that it is not guaranteed that you receive the same tee times again.
