Change / Cancel / Refund

If a cancellation occurs due to local supplier circumstances, you will be informed and receive a full refund. The cancellation and refund policy specified within each product takes precedence. Business days: Monday to Friday 09:00~18:00 (Korean time) / Closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays

※ If the round is cancelled due to customer`s personal circumstances, refunds or postponements are not possible.
※ In the case of golf courses in Southeast Asia, tee times and tee-offs may be adjusted or started early or late depending on local circumstances during the peak season (December to February), and refunds or cancellations are not possible.

Notice Regarding Rain and Natural Disasters

Golf courses (ex, in Southeast Asia) typically proceed with rounds even in rainy conditions. In most cases, players temporarily take shelter from sudden downpours and then resume play. Therefore, unlike in Korea, cancellations or green fee refunds due to rain are not allowed. Please ensure you check in and follow the specific policies of each golf course (ex, rain coupons, etc).

This dynamic stage is located 1,000 meters above sea level overlooking the majestic Mt. Asama and Mt. Tateshina. The galleries are also surrounded by seasonal highland flowers and abundant nature. This spacious course, befitting its position as the pinnacle of Shinshu highland resort courses, has no blind holes from the tee. The key to score making on the out holes is how well you can conquer the 6th through the 9th holes. The undulating greens are the key to success on the in-grounds. The 18 dramas of the exquisite course layout begin here today.

If you select your desired tee time among the tee times displayed on product reservation page, your reservation will be confirmed as the actual tee time.
Can I change the number of golfers for rounds or the reservation name after booking?

If you want to change the number of people after you have already received your booking confirmation, please check the cancellation policy under [View Reservation Details] first. If free cancellation is still possible, you can request a cancellation/refund and then make a new booking with the desired number of people afterwards. However, since this is a separate cancellation and rebooking process, please keep in mind that it is not guaranteed that you receive the same tee times again.
