    · Free cancellation available until D-11

    · D-10: 50% of the payment amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.

    · After D-3, 100% of the payment amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.


    If the reservation is canceled due to the circumstances of the local supplier, we will notify you and process a full refund.

    The cancellation and refund policies provided in the product will take precedence.

    ※ Please write your English name on the golf bag name tag before departure.
    ※ The golf course may change depending on local circumstances on the day of use.
    ※ Depending on the golf course operation policy and local circumstances, it may be delayed from the purchased time.
    ※ You must arrive at the clubhouse 30 minutes before the start time of your golf round.
    ※ If the round is cancelled due to customer`s personal circumstances, refunds or postponements are not possible.
    ※ In the case of golf courses in Southeast Asia, tee times and tee-offs may be adjusted or started early or late depending on local circumstances during the peak season (December to February), and refunds or cancellations are not possible.

    ※ If there are no available tee times, it means that all tee times for that date are fully booked. However, you may inquire via 1:1 chat (or email for countries outside Korea) to check for any additional availability.
    ※ For bookings with fewer than four players, solo play is not guaranteed and you may be paired with other players.
    ※ Tee times may be changed, delayed, or moved earlier without prior notice due to golf course policies or local conditions. Refunds or cancellations will not be accepted due to these changes.
    ※ Due to a limited number of carts, most rounds are conducted as walking play.

    Golf courses (ex, in Southeast Asia) typically proceed with rounds even in rainy conditions. In most cases, players temporarily take shelter from sudden downpours and then resume play. Therefore, unlike in Korea, cancellations or green fee refunds due to rain are not allowed. Please ensure you check in and follow the specific policies of each golf course (ex, rain coupons, etc).

    • How can I check available tee times for reservation?

      If you select your desired tee time among the tee times displayed on product reservation page, your reservation will be confirmed as the actual tee time.

    • Can I change the number of golfers for rounds or the reservation name after booking?

      If you want to change the number of people after you have already received your booking confirmation, please check the cancellation policy under [View Reservation Details] first. If free cancellation is still possible, you can request a cancellation/refund and then make a new booking with the desired number of people afterwards. However, since this is a separate cancellation and rebooking process, please keep in mind that it is not guaranteed that you receive the same tee times again.
