    Batam Hills Golf Resort is a premier golfing destination located in the Waterfront City area of Batam Island, Indonesia. The resort features an 18-hole, par-72 championship course designed by Australian architect Max Wexler, stretching 6,225 meters from the blue tees and 5,735 meters from the white tees. The course is renowned for its fast and true Bermuda tifdwarf greens and undulating Serangoon fairways, offering a challenging yet enjoyable experience for golfers of all skill levels.

    ※ If the number of players is fewer than four, single play is not guaranteed and you may be paired with other players.
    ※ Please note that in Thailand, caddy tips are required separately from caddy fees.
    ※ Due to golf course policies and local conditions, reserved tee times may be changed without prior notice or may start earlier or later than scheduled. Refunds or cancellations are not possible in such cases.

    Golf courses (ex, in Southeast Asia) typically proceed with rounds even in rainy conditions. In most cases, players temporarily take shelter from sudden downpours and then resume play. Therefore, unlike in Korea, cancellations or green fee refunds due to rain are not allowed. Please ensure you check in and follow the specific policies of each golf course (ex, rain coupons, etc).

    • Can I change the number of golfers for rounds or the reservation name after booking?

      If you want to change the number of people after you have already received your booking confirmation, please check the cancellation policy under [View Reservation Details] first. If free cancellation is still possible, you can request a cancellation/refund and then make a new booking with the desired number of people afterwards. However, since this is a separate cancellation and rebooking process, please keep in mind that it is not guaranteed that you receive the same tee times again.
