    Golf courses (ex, in Southeast Asia) typically proceed with rounds even in rainy conditions. In most cases, players temporarily take shelter from sudden downpours and then resume play. Therefore, unlike in Korea, cancellations or green fee refunds due to rain are not allowed. Please ensure you check in and follow the specific policies of each golf course (ex, rain coupons, etc).

    • Golf became the thing to do in Rancho Viejo when Dennis Arp carved the El Diablo course out of a vast citrus grove. The full-service resort boasts two fine 18-hole courses of championship caliber, and has hosted PGA Tour qualifying schools for Curtis Strange, Craig Stadler, and Peter Jacobson, as well as the likes of Willie Nelson and Dean Martin, who have played in the club＇s annual Hacker Tournament. El Diablo (The Devil) earned its name as the more challenging of the two layouts, with water on nine holes, 10 dogleg holes, and large, undulating greens that can easily go to three putts. Palm trees and tropical vegetation cause problems, and going out of bounds is always a factor, as the course occasionally runs between houses. The 3rd is one of the most difficult holes, a 440-yard dogleg left with water affecting both the drive and approach. The 14th hole is a long par 5 that doglegs twice around a lake, and the 16th hole, a par 3, plays 224 yards from the tips. The tee shot on the 16th plays 120 yards over what was once part of the Rio Grande River. The large green is protected by bunkers, but the wind makes it difficult to hit. Smart players know they have a chance to hit an up-and-down par with a short bailout area.

If free cancellation is still possible, you can request a cancellation/refund and then make a new booking with the desired number of people afterwards. However, since this is a separate cancellation and rebooking process, please keep in mind that it is not guaranteed that you receive the same tee times again.
