    Golf courses (ex, in Southeast Asia) typically proceed with rounds even in rainy conditions. In most cases, players temporarily take shelter from sudden downpours and then resume play. Therefore, unlike in Korea, cancellations or green fee refunds due to rain are not allowed. Please ensure you check in and follow the specific policies of each golf course (ex, rain coupons, etc).

Overlooking the West Midlands countryside, our golf course is a 4,729-yard, Par 70 golf course in a stunning parkland setting with panoramic views, tree lined fairways and greens, water features, cross-cut fairways, mature trees, and well-drained manicured greens in excellent condition. So whether you’re a seasoned pro or just starting out, we’ll make sure that you feel right at home. If you’re staying with us, you’re very welcome to take advantage of all the other facilities our hotel has to offer, including but not limited to our health club, spa, Loft18 Restaurant and Cellars.

      If you select your desired tee time among the tee times displayed on product reservation page, your reservation will be confirmed as the actual tee time.

    • Can I change the number of golfers for rounds or the reservation name after booking?

      If you want to change the number of people after you have already received your booking confirmation, please check the cancellation policy under [View Reservation Details] first. If free cancellation is still possible, you can request a cancellation/refund and then make a new booking with the desired number of people afterwards. However, since this is a separate cancellation and rebooking process, please keep in mind that it is not guaranteed that you receive the same tee times again.
