    Golf courses (ex, in Southeast Asia) typically proceed with rounds even in rainy conditions. In most cases, players temporarily take shelter from sudden downpours and then resume play. Therefore, unlike in Korea, cancellations or green fee refunds due to rain are not allowed. Please ensure you check in and follow the specific policies of each golf course (ex, rain coupons, etc).

    • ☆The complete revival of the South Course planned from summer 2024 (36 holes operation) for the first time in 4 years!☆ ・From April… North Course 18 holes (from 4/13, South OUT will be open only on weekends and holidays) ・From G.W.… North Course 18 holes + South OUT 27 holes operation ・From mid-June or July… 36 holes operation planned 20 minutes by car from New Chitose Airport. This is a 36-hole champion course leisurely laid out on the hills of Hayakita overlooking the Yufutsu wilderness and the Pacific Ocean. The North Wing has wide fairways and plenty of distance for long drives. The 18 holes of the North Wing, designed with professional tournaments in mind, have lots of distance and wide fairways. On the other hand, the South Wing incorporates natural undulations, resulting in a short course with unique elements added throughout. All courses are designed with hazards visible from the shot spot, with creeks and ponds enhancing the strategy.

      If you select your desired tee time among the tee times displayed on product reservation page, your reservation will be confirmed as the actual tee time.

    • Can I change the number of golfers for rounds or the reservation name after booking?

      If you want to change the number of people after you have already received your booking confirmation, please check the cancellation policy under [View Reservation Details] first. If free cancellation is still possible, you can request a cancellation/refund and then make a new booking with the desired number of people afterwards. However, since this is a separate cancellation and rebooking process, please keep in mind that it is not guaranteed that you receive the same tee times again.
