    Golf courses (ex, in Southeast Asia) typically proceed with rounds even in rainy conditions. In most cases, players temporarily take shelter from sudden downpours and then resume play. Therefore, unlike in Korea, cancellations or green fee refunds due to rain are not allowed. Please ensure you check in and follow the specific policies of each golf course (ex, rain coupons, etc).

    • *Arnold Palmer Course This par 72 course measures 6,225 yards from the resort tees. When played from the Palmer (black) tees, this 7,218-yard beachfront course offers a tough challenge for even the best players. Sand traps abound, with more than 70 threatening the fairways and guarding the greens. However, each hole has five sets of tees that provide an enjoyable experience for golfers of all abilities. *Break Putt Course The newest addition to the Turtle Bay family of golf courses, The Breaks is a 90,000-square-foot, 18-hole putting course designed by a team of PGA golf professionals with the expertise and guidance of the golf course superintendent. The course is located outside the clubhouse and is just steps away from the golf shop and Lei Lei＇s Bar & Grill. This newest addition to the Turtle Bay family of golf courses will provide fun and exciting challenges for golfers (and non-golfers) of all ages and skill levels.

    • Can I change the number of golfers for rounds or the reservation name after booking?

      If you want to change the number of people after you have already received your booking confirmation, please check the cancellation policy under [View Reservation Details] first. If free cancellation is still possible, you can request a cancellation/refund and then make a new booking with the desired number of people afterwards. However, since this is a separate cancellation and rebooking process, please keep in mind that it is not guaranteed that you receive the same tee times again.
