    ※ In the case of golf courses in Southeast Asia, tee times and tee-offs may be adjusted or started early or late depending on local circumstances during the peak season (December to February), and refunds or cancellations are not possible.

    Golf courses (ex, in Southeast Asia) typically proceed with rounds even in rainy conditions. In most cases, players temporarily take shelter from sudden downpours and then resume play. Therefore, unlike in Korea, cancellations or green fee refunds due to rain are not allowed. Please ensure you check in and follow the specific policies of each golf course (ex, rain coupons, etc).

    • *The Pines The Pines is a new, incredibly visionary golf course designed by Coeur Crenshaw. The new Pines course is scheduled to open to the public in 2025. *The Oaks The Oaks is a stunningly visually beautiful course with the feel of a traditional parkland course. The course blends beautifully with the existing terrain, with fairways artfully framed by vast expanses of manicured moorland and featuring strategically placed white sand bunkers. *Practice Facility The 13-acre practice facility consists of four practice greens, a two-tiered bentgrass driving range, a flag＇ D targeting system with greenside bunkers and a short game practice area. It is one of the finest layouts in New England, and members have full access to this facility daily.

      If you select your desired tee time among the tee times displayed on product reservation page, your reservation will be confirmed as the actual tee time.

    • Can I change the number of golfers for rounds or the reservation name after booking?

      If you want to change the number of people after you have already received your booking confirmation, please check the cancellation policy under [View Reservation Details] first. If free cancellation is still possible, you can request a cancellation/refund and then make a new booking with the desired number of people afterwards. However, since this is a separate cancellation and rebooking process, please keep in mind that it is not guaranteed that you receive the same tee times again.
