    Product Introduction
    This is a truly magnificent course, which is routed thoughtfully across gently rolling terrain and through mature pine and eucalyptus trees. The snow-capped Taurus Mountains provide a provocative backdrop especially as the course is bathed in hot sunshine for the vast majority of the year.

    · Free cancellation available until D-33

    · After D-32, 100% of the payment amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.


    If the reservation is canceled due to the circumstances of the local supplier, we will notify you and process a full refund.

    The cancellation and refund policies provided in the product will take precedence.

    ※ Depending on the golf course operation policy and local circumstances, it may be delayed from the purchased time.
    ※ You must arrive at the clubhouse 30 minutes before the start time of your golf round.
    ※ If the round is cancelled due to customer`s personal circumstances, refunds or postponements are not possible.
    ※ In the case of golf courses in Southeast Asia, tee times and tee-offs may be adjusted or started early or late depending on local circumstances during the peak season (December to February), and refunds or cancellations are not possible.

    ※ Only golfers with a handicap of 36 or less for men and 36 or less for women are allowed to play. (Handicap certificate required)
    ※ If there are no available tee times, it means the tee times for that date are fully booked. However, if you contact us via 1:1 chat (email for countries outside of Korea), we will check for any available tee times and provide guidance on additional booking options.
    ※ For bookings of less than 4 players, you may be joined by other players at the course. We cannot guarantee solo play.
    ※ Due to golf course operational policies and local conditions, there may be changes to the reserved tee times without prior notice, and rounds may start earlier or later than scheduled. No refunds or cancellations will be provided for such changes.



    아이콘Notice Regarding Rain and Natural Disasters

    Golf courses (ex, in Southeast Asia) typically proceed with rounds even in rainy conditions. In most cases, players temporarily take shelter from sudden downpours and then resume play. Therefore, unlike in Korea, cancellations or green fee refunds due to rain are not allowed. Please ensure you check in and follow the specific policies of each golf course (ex, rain coupons, etc).

      The amount displayed is per person, so you can check the amount by selecting the number of people you want when making a reservation.

    • How can I check available tee times for reservation?

      If you select your desired tee time among the tee times displayed on product reservation page, your reservation will be confirmed as the actual tee time.

    • Can I change the number of golfers for rounds or the reservation name after booking?

      If you want to change the number of people after you have already received your booking confirmation, please check the cancellation policy under [View Reservation Details] first. If free cancellation is still possible, you can request a cancellation/refund and then make a new booking with the desired number of people afterwards. However, since this is a separate cancellation and rebooking process, please keep in mind that it is not guaranteed that you receive the same tee times again.
