· Free cancellation available until D-34

· D-33: 10% of the payment amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.

· D-23: 30% of the payment amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.

· D-16: 50% of the payment amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.

· D-10: 80% of the payment amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.

· After D-5, 100% of the payment amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.

If the reservation is canceled due to the circumstances of the local supplier, we will notify you and process a full refund.

The cancellation and refund policies provided in the product will take precedence.

※ Please write your English name on the golf bag name tag before departure.
※ The golf course may change depending on local circumstances on the day of use.
※ Depending on the golf course operation policy and local circumstances, it may be delayed from the purchased time.
※ You must arrive at the clubhouse 30 minutes before the start time of your golf round.
※ If the round is cancelled due to customer`s personal circumstances, refunds or postponements are not possible.
※ In the case of golf courses in Southeast Asia, tee times and tee-offs may be adjusted or started early or late depending on local circumstances during the peak season (December to February), and refunds or cancellations are not possible.

Golf Course Essential Information

※ The reservation is confirmed upon payment of a 10% deposit for up to 3 people. Cancellation fees will apply according to the cancellation policy after that.
※ The schedule is basically composed of 5 days of rounds followed by 2 days of free schedule (total 20 rounds), and round dates can be changed to your preferred dates when booking.
※ Additional rounds and optional tours are available, but must be requested and prepaid before departure. (*Please inquire separately for the optional tour list.)
※ Golf is basically played in groups of 4 players. If 2-3 players play, it will be join play. (If green fees for 4 players per group are paid, solo rounds of 2-3 players are possible.)
※ The basic bed type can be requested as either 1 king bed or 2 double beds, but prior guarantee is not possible and is confirmed at check-in.
※ Passport issuance and ESTA application for entry to the United States are not handled and must be done individually.
※ Exact tee times will be provided after reservation confirmation and up to one month before departure.
※ If the arrival time of the flight to Honolulu is after 3:00 PM, the city tour will be omitted (non-refundable).
※ If the arrival time of the flight to Honolulu is after 12:30 PM, one lunch will be omitted and the city tour will be conducted (non-refundable).
※ If the arrival time to Honolulu is after 9:00 PM, an additional $20 per person will be charged for pickup.
※ Please be sure to attach a name tag with your English name as shown on your passport to your golf bag before departure.
※ If you want to change the hotel or golf course, a separate quotation can be provided, so please inquire.

Notice Regarding Rain and Natural Disasters

Golf courses (ex, in Southeast Asia) typically proceed with rounds even in rainy conditions. In most cases, players temporarily take shelter from sudden downpours and then resume play. Therefore, unlike in Korea, cancellations or green fee refunds due to rain are not allowed. Please ensure you check in and follow the specific policies of each golf course (ex, rain coupons, etc).
