· Free cancellation available until D-10

· After D-9, 100% of the payment amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.

If the reservation is canceled due to the circumstances of the local supplier, we will notify you and process a full refund.

The cancellation and refund policies provided in the product will take precedence.

※ Please write your English name on the golf bag name tag before departure.
※ The golf course may change depending on local circumstances on the day of use.
※ Depending on the golf course operation policy and local circumstances, it may be delayed from the purchased time.
※ You must arrive at the clubhouse 30 minutes before the start time of your golf round.
※ If the round is cancelled due to customer`s personal circumstances, refunds or postponements are not possible.
※ In the case of golf courses in Southeast Asia, tee times and tee-offs may be adjusted or started early or late depending on local circumstances during the peak season (December to February), and refunds or cancellations are not possible.

Golf Course Essential Information

※ If no available tee times are shown, it means that all tee times for that date are fully booked. However, if you contact us via 1:1 chat consultation (or email for countries outside Korea), we will check for any additional available tee times and provide further guidance.
※ If the reservation is for fewer than four players, private play is not guaranteed. You may be paired with other players on-site.
※ In Thai golf courses, a caddie tip is required separately from the caddie fee.
※ Due to the golf course’s operational policies and local conditions, your reserved tee time may be changed or adjusted without prior notice. Tee times may be moved earlier or later, and refunds or cancellations due to these changes are not possible.

Notice Regarding Rain and Natural Disasters

Golf courses (ex, in Southeast Asia) typically proceed with rounds even in rainy conditions. In most cases, players temporarily take shelter from sudden downpours and then resume play. Therefore, unlike in Korea, cancellations or green fee refunds due to rain are not allowed. Please ensure you check in and follow the specific policies of each golf course (ex, rain coupons, etc).

How can I check available tee times for reservation?

If you select your desired tee time among the tee times displayed on product reservation page, your reservation will be confirmed as the actual tee time.
Can I change the number of golfers for rounds or the reservation name after booking?

If you want to change the number of people after you have already received your booking confirmation, please check the cancellation policy under [View Reservation Details] first. If free cancellation is still possible, you can request a cancellation/refund and then make a new booking with the desired number of people afterwards. However, since this is a separate cancellation and rebooking process, please keep in mind that it is not guaranteed that you receive the same tee times again.
