The pristine Pine Cliffs Golf Course is perched 200 feet above the golden sands and azure waters of the Atlantic Ocean. The resort's location is unique. It spans 168 acres of naturally beautiful land perched atop a spectacular cliff, with wide golden sandy beaches and the deep blue waters of the Atlantic below. The deep red color of the sandstone cliffs is a stark contrast to the pristine green of the golf course above and the sparkling blue waters below.

It is one of the most original golf courses in the United States, built in a pine forest, with tree-lined fairways running parallel to the Atlantic Ocean, giving guests breathtaking views along the Algarve coastline. Architect Martin Hotry's main concern was to preserve the natural environment as it was before the course was built.
